Shipments and Returns

Your Shipment:

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Domestic shipments are shipped via UPS Ground free of charge. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by USPS free of charge.

We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online.

Returns:

If you believe that you've received a damaged or defective product, you may return it within 30 days since the date of purchase. Please call us at (347) 449-0263 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without obtaining such number first. If you would like to return your product for any reason other than it being defective or damaged, you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns of items that were not found damaged or defective. Please read the "Terms and Conditions" section of our site for more information on returns.
