Satisfaction Guarantee

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that a Return Authorization Number was obtained prior to the return.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective or damaged items can be returned for a full refund or exchange provided that a Return Authorization Number was obtained.

Returns for Other Reason (Buyer's Remorse)

Customers desiring to return products for reasons other than damage or defects may do so within 30 days of purchase. A 3% processing fee will apply if the order was paid via a credit or a debit card. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the reason for the return is buyer's remorse. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from refunds on purchases that were granted free shipping. The product must be in exactly the same condition as it was before it was received by the customer.  A return authorization number must be obtained prior to returning any item.

International Orders

International orders make take longer to process. We are not responsible for any customs, brokerage or other fees that may result as a consequence of a specific country's import policy. We are not responsible for packages that have already left the United States. Once a package leaves the United States and arrives abroad, the customer takes full responsibility for the package. Delivery times are not guaranteed on international orders.
