LCD'S EMISSION COLOR BUTTON.

The user can choose preferable LCD display‘s emission. The contrast increase function is activated with the same button.

BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT WHEEL

adjusts optimum brightness of screen’s glow for each specific case.

BUILT-IN IR ILLUMINATOR

is reasonable for usage at insufficient levels of natural illumination for improvement of observation quality.

INDICATION.

Recon features LED indicator performing two functions. The green light indicates that the unit is on. When you turn on the IR illuminator, the LED indicator changes its color from green to red. The moderate intensity of the LED indicator should not illuminate the observer.

EYEPIECE.

The device is outfitted with a new five-lens eyepiece that minimizes distortion on the edges of the field of view and increases sharpness and contrast of the image. The soft rubber eyecup conceals the light emission from the tube thus permitting the user to stay unnoticed.

POWER SUPPLY.

The Recon is a fully self-contained device operating on four universally available batteries of AA type.

VIDEO OUTPUT / VIDEO INPUT.

The Recon is equipped with a socket for connection of external video recording sources or TV set which facilitates long-time stationary viewing, as well as video playback sources. Switching from VIDEO IN mode to VIDEO OUT is performed by pressing a button located next to the socket.

HOLDER GROUP.

The Recon night vision scopes are equipped with an original mount fitting combining a ¼“ tripod socket (for mounting on a tripod) and a 7/8“ Weaver rail for mounting different accessories.
